AI is certainly disruptive and transformative with the potential to change every industry in ways we can barely even imagine. But contrary to what one might think with the explosion of hype around new tools such as ChatGPT, AI is not actually new to business and technology leaders. In fact, many organisations have been experimenting, developing and deploying AI in a variety of use cases for some time; from robotics to customer service platforms, predictive analytics to fraud management.
Having said this, it is clear that generative AI and foundation models have moved the AI goalposts for organisations. Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Bard, now remove the barriers to AI accessibility and democratisation. In turn, we have seen a hype-fuelled scramble by leaders to get to grips with the impact on their organisation and industry, never mind fears around ethical and practical challenges. It is about time we separate hype from reality!
Our Separating AI Hype from Reality webinar deep dived into the implications of the latest AI trends, plus practical tips and strategies that will demystify the hype around AI and provide a practical roadmap for AI business impact. We were joined by a group of expert presenters representing a wide variety of industry perspectives, and use cases and ready to answer your questions.
