Hyperautomation and the Intelligence Enterprise
Friday 10 January 2025 │ 08:45-10:00 GMT │ Chief Disruptor Breakfast Club (Virtual)
Interest in automation has been gathering pace for some time across a wide range of industry sectors as organisations seek out new ways to cut costs, improve efficiencies and redefine how they connect with their customers.
But with the explosion of interest in Gen AI and other emerging technologies, two new buzzwords are now gathering momentum: Hyperautomation and Intelligent Automation. Many cutting-edge organisations are already deploying Hyperautomation and Intelligent Automation tools to optimise their operations and stay ahead of their competitors.
So why is there so much buzz about Hyperautomation and Intelligent Automation? Crucially, experts describe Hyperautomation as more of a comprehensive strategy than a single automation technology. It encompasses a wide range of tools and technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Robotic Process Automation to find, automate and orchestrate complex workflows. And because Hyperautomation is designed to be highly scalable, organisations can automate more complex and complete business processes, instead of only parts of them.
Intelligent Automation is also an important stage in the evolution of automation. It applies AI techniques including generative AI to automate decision making and execute actions. Leveraging Intelligent Automation tools, businesses can collect and process more detailed and accurate data on everything from customer preferences to workforce productivity and efficiency.
Though there are clear benefits to Hyperautomation, mastering it can have significant challenges. Many business processes are deeply ingrained in corporate cultures and some employees may fear that Automation technologies will impact on their roles. Leaders will need to create a Hyperautomation roadmap that incorporates effective change management strategies, communication plans and upskilling to ensure success. Join us at our Hyperautomation and Intelligent Enterprise Chief Disruptor Breakfast Club on Friday 10 January 2024 to discuss how to master Hyperautomation.
