Amid the “Great Resignation”, data from the Office for National Statistics, showed vacancies in financial services more than doubled in the year to February 2022.

Since then, the industry has been rising to the challenge by developing a host of new strategies, tech tools and approaches to evolve how they attract, recruit and retain top talent. 

In partnership with Citrix, we interviewed ten senior leaders in the financial industry to gain a rich and insightful picture of the varying strategies being adopted to tackle the “Great Resignation”.
