Collin Lyons is the Delivery and Transformation Director at ustwo, a digital product studio that conceives, designs and makes award-winning digital products for clients around the world, across sectors.
He’s spent over twenty years supporting companies across the globe to improve their digital capabilities and the last nine years at ustwo. He’s a passionate and experienced presenter, facilitator and trainer.
His deep understanding and broad experience mean he brings practical learning and he shares his knowledge without resorting to jargon. Naomi is Programme Director of Innovation at the Confederation of British Industry (CBI). She leads their work to make the UK a great place for businesses to innovate – whether that is nurturing a culture of entrepreneurship, adopting tried and tested technologies or making breakthrough developments at the leading edge.
She began her career in financial services before moving into policy, working on policy areas from R&D, innovation and entrepreneurship to skills, immigration, and diversity in STEM.

Ben is currently the CTO at Onto (https://on.to), the all-inclusive electric vehicle subscription service. Onto are sustainability changing the concept of car ownership for everyone. Over the last 10 years, Ben has been growing engineering teams across both start-ups and larger enterprises. He has spent time helping Gousto to put in place the foundations for growth as well as spending time leading the engineering teams for Europe on the QuickBooks product at Intuit. Ben is passionate about creating a great place to work for his teams, emphasising a culture of learning and growth, while creating delightful products for customers.
Gastón Tourn is CMO of Appear Here, the world's leading marketplace for retail space. He previously worked for Google across several international markets.
Gastón studied Communication at the University of Buenos Aires, completed an MBA programme in Marketing at The Wharton School and a Master's in Creative Writing at Oxford University. If that wasn't nerd enough, he is currently studying for a Master's in Software Engineering at Harvard University, as he dreams of becoming a code poet.
Julia is Head of Creative Operations at Specsavers Agency where she works with senior leadership to build a future-proofed in-house agency. In 2021, she was named one of Campaign's 40 over 40, joined BIMA's brand council and judged the BIMA 100, the industry body’s annual award for the hundred most influential people in UK digital and tech. She is also an avid mentor working with SheSays, Brixton Finishing School and Lollipop.
Prior to Specsavers, she was Head of Creative Production at VCCP Blue where she helped treble the size of the agency and build integrated creative and production departments. She's worked on brands such as Kimberly Clark, Compare the Market, Molson Coors, Macmillan, Kellogg’s, and HSBC. Julia has also held positions at JWT, Leo Burnett, a bakery, a law firm, a health clinic, had a paper round and various lemonade stands. She works in Guernsey, was born in Russia, grew up in Canada and lives in North London with her husband Alex and two kids.
Dale is currently leading the core engineering team migrating the largest customer database in the UK to Google Cloud. He has a largely data based background working with Financial control PLSQL, Java APIs (Internal and external monetisation) and Cloud Native Data Solutions.
Ryan joined British Telecom 3 years ago as a graduate software engineer. Since joining, he has worked on Google Cloud, focussing on building British Telecom's next generation data platform. Ryan's interests are in machine learning, the cloud and building scalable software.
Sustainability entrepreneur Mark Jankovich is the founder and CEO of Delphis Eco (delphiseco.com), Britain’s leading manufacturer of professional environmentally-friendly cleaning products.
Former City-banker Jankovich founded Delphis Eco in the challenging environment of 2008, realising that the green economy is the future and needed help. With the principle that both corporates and individuals must take responsibility for driving positive environmental change, tackling the questions ‘if not me, then who?’ his vision is to put the environment first and prove that businesses can deliver against both purpose and profit.
Daniel has been with British Telecom in a variety of roles for the last 3 years, predominately as a cloud engineer. Having been with British Telecom since the start of their Google Cloud Platform journey, Daniel is excited to share their progress, as well as his thoughts on the process.
Ange is responsible for Governance and Compliance for Lloyd Banking Group’s Cloud Enabled Business Transformation Programme. Before her current role, Ange was Head of Cloud and Technology Change Risk.
Prior to working at Lloyds, Ange led transformation teams and programmes at Deutsche Bank including: Cloud Security, Risk and Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime Analytics, Data Quality People Change and Money Markets

Before joining Deutsche Bank, Ange worked as a Senior Manager at EY across Asia Pacific and EMEIA within the Financial Services Organisation focusing on Corporate Banking and Capital Markets transformation and business,technology and programme advisory. Ange started her career at IBM in Australia working as a developer, tester,
designer and then business analyst and project manager.
Ange has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics / Robotics) and Computer Science from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Mark has a strong pedigree of delivering information systems and technology solutions across the globe. He is a seasoned executive with over 30 years’ experience providing strategy, governance and thought leadership across technology environments and information security disciplines. Mark's broad understanding of technology enables him to navigate the most complex issues and drive consensus to deliver tangible business results.
Mark begin his career as a Technology apprentice within the British Army, and built a successful 27 year military career delivering command and control networks, technology solutions and information systems in support of operations globally. Post his military career, Mark went on to join KPMG UK LLP, initially undertaking a People Operations role. It was during this time that Mark quickly established himself as a subject matter expert in Risk Management, Cyber Security and Information Assurance leading to him being appointed as the Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Information Assurance.
In his current role at HFW as the Global Director of IT, Mark is driving transformational change and is focused on delivering best-in-class technology solutions and acting as the driving force behind HFW's digital transformation focusing on people, process and technology. The mission of his team is to provide an outstanding service to HFW by delivering and supporting robust, secure, flexible and intuitive solutions and to add value to the firm and its clients as a strategic partner through the innovative use of technology.
Mark has a passion for business-led innovation, encouraging understanding, exploration and adoption of new technologies through collaboration across the firm, with HFW clients and external Partners. He is also a champion and industry commentator for greater diversity and inclusion in technology, as well as being incredibly active in promoting the transition and employability of military veterans.
Andy is the Vice President of Product Management at GoCardless, leading a department of highly skilled product managers who are responsible for driving forward the organisation’s product and feature innovations. Andy joined GoCardless in 2020, but has a long and demonstrated history of working in the subscriptions industry for both digital and consumer goods.
Prior GoCardless Andy was the Direct of Product Engineering and Growth at Paws.com, as well at the Director of Payments at Spotify. During his time at Spotify he headed up the payment division and was responsible for global payment acceptance strategy and execution (online and offline) whilst also leading a team of payments operators who managed revenue
streams north of 2 billion transactions/ year.
Andy also has a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University Cambridge.
Felicity is the Executive Director of the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation (CDEI). The CDEI is a government expert body enabling the trustworthy use of data and AI. Felicity's role is to lead the CDEI's multidisciplinary team of specialists, and its overall strategy to deliver, test and refine trustworthy approaches to data and AI governance, working in partnership with public sector and industry bodies.
Before CDEI, she was the CBI Director of Innovation and Digital, leading the organisation’s policy work to create the conditions that enable businesses to come up with new ideas, invest in research and development (R&D) and adopt new technologies. At CBI, Felicity also worked on technology adoption, public spending on R&D and labour markets. Felicity's background is in economic policy, with a focus on business growth.
Jay Swanton is Moneybox Chief Platform Officer and has accountability for the systems, people, and processes that manage customer savings and investments. Jay was instrumental in the development of the Moneybox infrastructure, has previous experience at Janus Henderson, and was the co-founder of outsourcing business Cogent, now part of Paribas.
Matthew as Head of Software Development and Integration at Aston Martin Lagonda is in charge of the teams that build all internal Software, Integrations and Business Intelligence solutions, currently transforming and moving to a new ERP solution in Infor LN from AML’s legacy home grown COBOL Solutions.
Working at AML since 2008 starting as a Junior .Net Developer and touching most technical solutions within that time, gaining a lot of insight on Automotive processes and how IT has changed during that time.
More recently Matthew is a founding member of the Diversity and Inclusion network at AML, here they are involved in organising events internally and externally to ensure a more inclusive working environment. As part of this work they are involved in modernising the office space for our new way of working, ensuring the workspace is inclusive of everyone who works and may work in the future at AML.
