Because this age of ‘big data’ is unprecedented, security breaches and data hacks are often dealt with retroactively, with companies facing severe backlash from their consumers who feel their information is not properly protected.

The Digital Leaders Think Tank took place at Clements House, London, on 22 March 2018. It was held in partnership with Riverbed to discuss how to achieve business agility in a cloud-first world. Riverbed aims to deliver a complete view of your digital experiences throughout all your interactions with workers and customers.

The Analytics Dinner took place on 14 March 2018 at the Mews of Mayfair. It was held in partnership with Cheetah Digital, with the goal of discussing and understanding what makes a successful analytics strategy.

The Digital Service Delivery Dinner took place on 13 March 2018 at the South Place Hotel; it concerned “breaking down barriers to digital service delivery”, and unusually for a Nimbus Ninety event, we were pleased to talk to members exclusively from the public sector and the third sector.

The data and customer loyalty dinner took place on the 31st of January at the Shard. It was held in partnership with Cheetah Digital and aimed to tease out the best ways to use data to maximise customer loyalty. Cheetah Digital is about speed; the idea is to empower marketers by taking the relevant customer data to their fingertips. They were therefore well placed to provide expertise about data and customer loyalty.
