Sean MacHale is the Head of Institutional Strategy, Sustainability and Growth at the Bank of Ireland GM. Prior to this, Sean was Head of Danske Bank's Financial Institutions Group UK and Ireland and worked as Head of Global Markets at HSBC for Ireland. He had previously worked in client risk advisory with Barclays Capital.
