Collin is the Executive Director of Delivery at ustwo and has been with the company since 2015. ustwo is a global digital product studio launching products, services and companies that make a meaningful impact on the world. Since their foundation in 2004, they’ve partnered with some of the world’s leading brands and have studios in New York, Malmö, London, Lisbon and Tokyo.

Collin has provided executive-level consulting, dynamic coaching and team leadership. Utilising Agile and Lean principles and practices, Collin has helped an impressive list of clients drive IT, HR and logistic change initiatives that fundamentally enhance organisational
agility.

In his book, Collin examines the Agile philosophy to make it relevant for today’s leaders. Make Learn Change is a concise, accessible resource for any leader who wants to understand Agile and learn more about how they can implement it in their team or organisation. 

Prior to ustwo, Collin was with a number of organisations including Flowmotion, Standard Life and JP Morgan. Collin graduated from UBC in 1992 with a Bachelor of Commerce, Computer Science.
