How to Build a Business Case for Disruptive Technology Investments
Friday 19 January 2024 │ 08:45-10:00 GMT │ Chief Disruptor Breakfast Club
Business and technology leaders are under pressure to increase efficiencies and drive productivity improvements, and are increasingly looking to disruptive technologies as the solution. But with ever tighter constraints on spend, and concerns from employees about the impact of technologies such as AI on roles, business leaders must be able to put together a strong business case in order to secure investment.
To be successful, a business case must demonstrate how the chosen technology or solution will meet stakeholder expectations, organisational priorities and drive business outcomes. And to do that, leaders will need to show the full value of the purchase across costs, value and risk. They will also need to build trust with potential users by demonstrating successful use cases, either from within the organisation or externally from adjacent industries.
Join us at our Chief Disruptor Breakfast Club, How to Build a Business Case for Disruptive Technology Investments, on Friday 19 January 2024 to discuss how to craft a compelling business case that will help you win funding and budget support from stakeholders, and buy-in from users.
