Agile Leadership, Planning and Decision Making in a Complex Operating Environment

Friday 12 April 2024 │ 08:45-10:00 BST │ Chief Disruptor Breakfast Club (Virtual)

Global unrest, rapidly evolving technologies and ongoing economic instability have created an operating environment for leaders that is unpredictable and uncertain. In this complex environment, it’s becoming increasingly challenging to understand what products and services your customers actually want. In this world of constant change, where innovation and adaptability are key to success, leaders are learning to embrace change through the transformative potential of agile methodologies.

An agile framework enables leaders to exhibit flexibility and agility in planning and decision making, enabling them to adjust strategies and tactics as circumstances evolve. Agile also reduces risk in a volatile market allowing leaders to make small bets, thus enabling them to hypothesise, experiment and use data to prove or disprove that hypothesis. Agile product development involves constant iteration and validation from customers and stakeholders, and as such avoids spending time, money and effort on things that may fail.

Join us at our Chief Disruptor Breakfast Club: Agile Leadership, Planning and Decision Making in a Complex Operating Environment on Friday 12 April 2024 to discuss the latest agile trends and strategies you need to know about to enable adaptable leadership and decision making.
