Agile Leadership, Planning and Decision Making in a Complex Operating Environment

Friday 7 February 2025 │ 08:45-10:00 GMT │ Chief Disruptor Breakfast Club (Virtual)

Global unrest, rapidly evolving technologies and ongoing economic instability have created an unpredictable and uncertain operating environment. In this complex world, it’s becoming increasingly challenging to understand which products and services your customers actually want and to rapidly evolve to deliver them at speed. Innovation and adaptability are fundamental to competitive advantage and leaders will need to embrace change with agile leadership, planning and decision making.

An agile framework enables leaders to exhibit flexibility and agility in planning and decision making, enabling them to adjust strategies and tactics as circumstances evolve. Agile also reduces risk in a volatile market allowing leaders to make small bets, thus enabling them to hypothesise, experiment and use data to prove or disprove that hypothesis. Agile product development involves constant iteration and validation from customers and stakeholders, and as such avoids spending time, money and effort on things that may fail.

Join us at our Chief Disruptor Breakfast Club: Agile Leadership, Planning and Decision Making in a Complex Operating Environment on Friday 7 February to discuss the latest agile trends and strategies you need to know about to enable adaptable leadership and decision making.
